* Kindly be informed all prices include shipping in Malaysia only.
* Extra postage to Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak will be charged based on weight & size of your items. For further info please do not hesitate to contact us.
* For self collection items either in Alor Setar will be FOC.
* Currently we only post items to customer twice a week on WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY only.
RETURN POLICY :
*We will be responsible for any lost or damage of citems during delivery only after consederation.
*Example of lost or damage that will be considered include : insufficient nett weight of tea leaves, dented tin, unsealed packaging. However we will pack your items carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.
*However, any damaged or wrong product should be delivered to us within two weeks.
*We will not consider return from customer after one week stat calculated from the date our products arrive on customer's hand. Thank you
